Research and Development

We, at TAJIMAYA FOODS CO. are dedicated to the development of healthy, competitive, unique products to expand our business. We are also endeavoring to develop enough products, diversity, to meet the expected rise in demand in the near future.

The research & Development Center is situated at our head office in Itami city. It is here that we maintain the constant inspections and analysis of bacteria in all product samples from our factories (using our “Total Quality Management System”) to ensure basic product quality repetition, life, moisture and style.
	In our efforts to help people find healthy protein alternative which is both natural, fresh and delicious, we have developed two new soybean products; called“TAKIGAWA TOFU”.
